The distance between a laptop and a child is 4 units of volunteering work: donate, sanitize, store and ship. Contribute to one or more of the 4 Labdoo elements and bring a laptop closer to a child.

Dootrips

Dootrip provides a web 2.0 system to ship laptops in a sustainable and green manner helping to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere. Volunteers announce their traveling schedules via the dootrip interface, posting the amount of kgms they can carry in their luggage. Labdoo then calculates optimal routes and assigns laptops that can be transported at no cost in the volunteers' luggage.

Global Inventory

Labdoo is building up a world inventory of laptops and social network resources with the mission to efficiently mobilize and track laptops from donors to children in schools. Click on the map and check Labdoo's global activity map.

Excess Capacity
